The treatment has greatly improved my lower back and hips. On a scale I'm probably at a 2 instead of 5 in pain. I've felt pretty good going to bed and better in the am with rest and non movement. I work with my back belt on and made it today with no pain meds. Which is a great improvement in it self. I usually take 3 in the am and 3 after dinner. Thanks Axél

“It was very easy to set up an appointment with Axel. I arrived on time and he welcomed me and took me to massage room. He asked if I had any areas to concentrate on, which I did, and then proceeded to having me stretch, breathe, and lay on the table for massage.
Axel is fantastic, checking in, telling me when to take breathes, and when to make my muscles tight. This is definitely a legitimate massage, and I thoroughly enjoyed when he massaged my face and my scalp, multiple times.
We ended with aroma therapy and then Axel explained what I should and should not do for the next 24 hours.

“Axel is an exceptional masseur and holistic healer. Although I was early, he welcomed me and took me to the massage room. I started by doing various forms of stretching, breathing exercises, and aromatherapy. These relaxed me for the various types of massage Axel uses: some deep tissue, some Swedish, lots of acupressure, Reiki, and other styles I can't name. He spoke to me throughout, and coached me in breathing. This is one of the best massage experiences I have ever had, and I could feel changes occurring in my muscles and tissues.
When it ended, I sat on the table and Axex concluded with more breathing exercises and aromatherapy. He also advised me what I should do and not do in the next 24 hours, and told me what to expect over the next 3 days. His voice alone is soothing. I can't wait to meet him again.”
