# Refund & Cancellation Policy

*Antojai Shamanic Wellness* is committed to providing exceptional healing services and educational experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking services or enrolling in courses.

## Individual Sessions & Readings

### Cancellation Policy

- *24-Hour Notice Required*: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session

- *Late Cancellations*: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will forfeit 50% of the session fee

- *No-Shows*: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee

### Rescheduling

- Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 24 hours notice

- Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee

## Courses & Certification Programs

### Reiki Certification & Antojai Courses

- *Before Course Start*: Full refund available up to 7 days before the course start date, minus a $50 administrative fee

- *Within 7 Days of Start*: 50% refund available up to 48 hours before course begins

- *After Course Begins*: No refunds available once course materials are accessed or the first session begins

- *Payment Plans*: Students on payment plans who withdraw will be responsible for any outstanding balance minus unused portions

### Digital Products & Recorded Content

- *No Refunds*: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital content, all sales of recordings, meditations, and downloadable materials are final

- *Technical Issues*: If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us at antojai@antojai.us for assistance

## Coaching & Multi-Session Packages

### Long-Term Coaching Programs

- *Initial Consultation*: First session serves as a trial period; full refund available if you decide not to continue after the first session

- *After First Session*: Refunds calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee

- *Payment Plans*: Must be current on all payments to be eligible for refunds

### Package Deals

- Unused sessions from package deals may be refunded at 70% of the pro-rated value

- Packages must be used within the specified timeframe (typically 6-12 months from purchase)

## Membership & Subscription Services

### Monthly Subscriptions (Patreon, etc.)

- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- No refunds for partial months

- Access to member content remains until the end of the paid period

## Special Circumstances

### Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

### Weather or Technical Issues

- If Antojai Shamanic Wellness must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

- For virtual sessions, technical difficulties on our end will result in a full refund or rescheduling

## Refund Processing

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Credits toward future services may be issued in lieu of refunds at client’s request

## Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a service or have concerns about a charge, please contact us at antojai@antojai.us within 14 days of the service date. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.
